💃 Loïe Fuller
Loïe Fuller (1862–1928) was an American modern dancer and theatrical technologist. A pioneer of modern dance and stage lighting techniques, she transformed the human body into swirling, illuminated organic forms such as butterflies, flames, and flowers using silk drapery and chemical lighting gels.
